The team at Medstead Marquees here aims to make the process of hiring a marquee as easy as possible. Taking the stress and strain away from you and your family whatever the occasion ishigh on our priority. We want you to enjoy the not only the celebrations but the planning process too. We pride ourselves in being friendly, flexible, efficient.

1: Contact Medstead Marquees either by phone or email and speak to either Allister or Sue, they will be only too happy to discuss your requirements.

We can send you a quote to give you an idea of cost, or better still arrange to come to your venue at a time to suit you. Daytime, evening, weekday or weekend we are totally flexible.

2: Allister will happily come to your house or venue, he will listen to your plans and ideas, measure up your garden to see what shape or size of marquee will best suit your the space. Medstead Marquees Hampshire have different styles of marquees so Allister will show you the various options of either the more modern Matrix range or the Capri with internal poles.

3: Allister will be able to show you photo books of previous marquees and events we have completed, this will help you to really start to picture how your marquee will look.

Once you have chosen the shape and style of the marquee you are going to have, you can decide on the lighting to get the right look and feel for your event. You will also be shown a range of furniture and different types of flooring, and discuss any other accessories you might require. Once you have decided on these Allister will go back to the office and put together a detailed quotation and email it to you within 24 hours.

4. Once you are happy with the quote, just give Medstead Marquees a call and confirm. A £250.00 deposit will secure your booking and your event will be firmly written onto our calendar

We don’t send out our terms and conditions as standard, however they are available and we are only too happy to send you a copy via email.

5: At Medstead Marquees we are only too aware that your plans will evolve and change along the way. One of the team will always be on the end of the phone or email so please ask any questions and queries you may have in the build up to your event.

Allister or Sue will contact you a couple of weeks before your event to organise the timings of putting up the marquee and to get your final furniture numbers as these can often change as the replies from guests come in.

We will send out an invoice on the Monday prior to your event asking for the final balance to paid by bank transfer prior to our arrival to put up the marquee.

6: The crew at Medstead Marquees Hampshire will arrive at the arranged time to start the marquee. The marquees can take anything from an hour to a day to complete the build it will depend on size and type of marquee you have booked.

Once the build is complete, you will be given a full run through of all the workings of the marquee, from taking the sides off, to turning on lighting, heaters. Once you are completely satisfied we will leave to your celebrations, but will always be on call to help through out your event.

7: Finally we will be back after the weekend to remove the marquee quickly and quietly leaving you with lots of lovely photos and memories of your celebrations….. and maybe a slightly worn patch on the grass for just a few days!!
